Amenity Access:
It is the responsibility of all new owners to order or activate their RAD. Information about ordering along with the forms is posted here: https://www.kithmanagement.com/remote-access-devices.
Please keep in mind all new owners will be asked to submit a photo of their closing docs to prove ownership.

HOA Website Access:
In order to receive portal access, you MUST request a login, as this is an "OPT-IN" website. What does that mean? Rather than us requiring a resident to access this site, we allow residents to choose if they want access to the information. Once logged in, each resident has the ability to select how and if they want to be informed about HOA news via the app notifications, text messages, emails, or none at all.
To register for an account you will click on the "log in" button and REGISTER for a new account.
*You will be asked for a property account number, just click the skip button*
Once you have registered, depending on how new you are to our community, you may receive a bounce-back email, stating that our office will need further documentation in order to approve your access. This is COMPLETELY NORMAL, as our office needs about 35 - 45 days to process new residents. After turning in the requested documentation to our office, you will receive a digital welcome packet via email along with an email granting you access to our HOA portal.
*Please note that the HOA portal and Banking portal are TWO SEPARATE WEBSITES, banking information can be accessed via the Payment Page*
Welcome Packet:
Residents will not receive a welcome packet until around 55 days after closing, due to our office processing time for closings in addition to mailing the packet via USPS.

Mailing Address or Renters:
If you have a different mailing address or want to update your contact information you can do so at any time by filling out the Homeowner Information Form located under the forms tab. If this is a rental property, we do ask that the owner fills out the Rental Property Registration Form anytime there are new residents in the home. Online Forms

How do I obtain a mailbox key?
Please take a copy of your closing papers or lease to the local post office box (686 S. Seguin Ave., New Braunfels) and they will issue a mailbox key. The HOA does not have access to this information and cannot print keys on behalf of USPS.
Adding Your Address to Google Maps:
- Enter your address into the search bar of the Map.
- If your address doesn't show up remove any house numbers or apartment numbers and the marker should locate you in the middle of the road.
- Click on "Send feedback" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, or click on the menu (top left of the screen) and scroll to the "Send feedback" button.
- Click on "Wrong Address" and complete the form https://www.google.com/maps
