Assessment Information & Important Fees

*If you have closed within the last 35 days, you may not be able to create a payment account at this time.  

Current Assessment Rate: $150 per quarter (Due Jan 1st, April 1st, July 1st & October 1st; LATE FEES ASSESSED 30 DAYS AFTER DUE DATE)

Remote Access Device Fees: 1st RAD will be provided by the HOA at NO CHARGE. AFTER you have been issued your FIRST device, you can purchase an additional device at $15.00 

Architectural Fees: Each architectural submission will have a $35.00 fee charged to the residents property account. This is regardless of if your project was approved or denied. The processing fee is non-negotiable.
